Adriana's legal career started in 2005, graduating with honours at Universidad de la Sabana in Bogota, earning her Bachelor of Laws degree, with a focus on business and company law.

Adriana was awarded the prestigious Netherlands Nuffic Scholarship, leading her to complete her Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Law, Human Rights, and International Criminal Justice at Utrecht University, graduating with Cum Laude in 2008.
After working as an international lawyer for several years, Adriana ventured to Canada, earning her Master of Laws (LL.M) in Common Law from The University of British Columbia in 2020. She attained her Canadian legal accreditation in June 2023.
